Generally, we only provide installation service for fully automatic machines, but we can make exceptions for simple machines if customers really need on-site service (expense will be borne by customers).
Installation of the machinery and equipment of Kingsing Machinery is conducted in customers' workshop. The following safety measures have been formulated to guarantee smooth operation of the construction, and realize civilized and safe construction.
All the operators in the workshop shall have received training on the code of conduct inside the workshop and rules for operation inside the workshop. Every operator shall abide by such a code of conduct and rules.
Kingsing's technical specialist shall give sufficient consideration to the contents, time and means of operation, and safety problems that may arise during operation with the Customer before operation begin each day, and shall put forth detailed written reports and solutions. Construction shall not be started until such report and solutions are approved.
Conduct safety disclosures for construction workers of Kingsing before beginning operations each day, and dispatch a full-time safety administrator to conduct a comprehensive inspection during construction and maintain safety records.
Power (electricity, gas and air supply) and other facilities in the factory shall not be used until approved by the Customer.
Conduct spot inspection of the tools before using electrical tools etc. the use of damaged tools is forbidden.
Bulky pieces shall be carried by two or more persons, and the surrounding conditions shall be taken into consideration.
Do not pile, suspend or hang articles on the manufacturing equipment, supplementary lines, supplementary pipes or wind pipes.
Conduct routine training, inspection and confirmation during operation and after operation.
Articles such as materials and tools to be transported to the workshop shall be carried into the workshop through the appointed entrance.
Relevant measures shall be taken in the event of moving or using heavy objects lest the factory buildings or facilities be damaged.
Place materials and tools in orderly in the appointed place for maintenance, and post a sign indicating "temporary storage".
In principle, working with or operating live wires by a single person is forbidden.
Do not touch electrical equipment with sweaty hands, wet hands or wearing wet clothes.
Temporary wire for construction shall not be placed on walkways.
Wires with damaged insulation covering shall not be used.
Accept inspection by the Customer after operation.
It is strictly forbidden to operate various electrical switches inside the factory building.
