Face Mask Visual Inspection System

The face mask visual inspection system mainly uses CCD imaging technology to effectively detect the size of the mask, earloop welding joints, nose clip position, dirt and other defects, and reject defective products to waste collection box automatically, so as to ensure the quality of the finished mask.

This machine is suitable for detecting disposable flat masks, including inner earloop surgical face masks and outer earloop 3 ply disposable face masks. It can be equiped with an automatic earloop folding device and a mask packaging machine at the back end to realize automatic packaging after detection.
